Bringing the Ocean to Society
15 May 2017
Did you know that the UK is so far the top marine performer in H2020?
EurOcean has just released a new brochure on how various countries and organisations are performing in the EC funded programmes LIFE, INTERREG V and HORIZON2020.

After analysis of 406 marine research projects funded since 2014 across a number of EC funded programmes, a series of performance indicators were extracted revealing, for example, that so far over €1 Billion has been allocated to marine projects in 56 countries involving 1,347 institutions. But let’s have a deeper look at what is taking place in each programme.

Now you know!

This and much more information can be extracted from the EurOcean developed Marine Knowledge Gate, a one of a kind innovative open access user-friendly tool which provides detailed information on European and nationally funded marine and maritime projects and their results – Knowledge Outputs.

Marine Knowledge Gate is EurOcean’s tool to answer your questions of:

  • What is the marine component of a specific programme?
  • Which areas are securing the highest funding?
  • Which organisations are the top performers?
